The phone rang more. Here is why.
Four small businesses handed askotter their website and let us keep changing it every month based on what real visitors do. This is what happened to their Google traffic, their leads and their rankings between summer 2025 and September 2026, in each one’s own Search Console.
Different trades, same pattern.
A dentist, a mechanic, a chiropractor and a pressure washer. None of them had the time to run a website. All four had the same problem: Google could not tell what they did, where they did it, or why they were the right call.

Results vary by client; an average is not a promise. These four are a different cohort from the sector-only averages on the homepage and the methodology page.
Google clicks per month, before and now.
How to read the numbers. Clicks are people who searched on Google, saw the business and clicked through. Leads are the forms, calls and booking clicks those visitors took. Position is where the business shows up on Google; lower is better, and under 10 means page one.

Clicks are Google Search Console organic clicks per month. “Before” is the three months before askotter’s work began, or the first measured months where no history existed (Onsite, Bromberg). “Now” is Jul to Sep 2026. Lead figures from each client’s GA4.
The playbook is the same every time.
None of these four did anything exotic. Each one got a site that says what the business does, where, and for whom, in the words customers type. Then askotter kept changing it, every month, based on what visitors actually did.
- Build the site around every service, every town, every question a customer asks.
- Read the data from Google Search Console and GA4 every month and find the pages losing work.
- Write the fix as a change you can approve in one reply. A person reviews every change before it goes live.
- Make you findable in AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Included in every plan.
- Track leads as well as traffic: forms, calls and booking clicks.
- That every client grows. The stories here are the ones with a result worth publishing. Others are early, flat, or still being fixed.
- That traffic equals revenue. We report clicks and leads. You tell us what closed.
- That an average is a promise. Results vary by trade, by town and by how much competition already ranks.
- That AI referrals are large. They are real, growing, and still a small share.
| Attribute | What changed | What it did |
|---|---|---|
| One page doing all the work | A page for every service, town and question | Visibility spread across dozens of pages |
| Rankings on page three or worse | Titles and content in the words customers type | Average position moved to page one or two |
| No idea what the site produced | Form, call and booking tracking | Leads reported monthly, by source |
| Invisible to AI assistants | Site made readable and citable by AI | A new referral channel from zero |
AI finds the opportunity and drafts the change. You decide.
