Pan DMD went from one lucky blog post to its best month ever.

Dr. Jennifer Pan runs a specialist dental practice. Her old site had one article that did all the work and nothing that ranked for implants, dentures or full-mouth reconstruction, the services that pay the bills.

the story

Before, what askotter did, and what happened.

01 · before

Before

The practice sat at position 40 on average. Searching the doctor’s own name put her on page two. One blog post about implant warning signs carried three quarters of all visibility; the other 18 posts were nearly invisible.

02 · the work

What askotter did

Rebuilt the site around how patients actually search: a page for every service, every nearby town, and every concern a patient types in. Then we split the one overloaded article into ten specific guides (implant smell, swollen gums, bleeding, infection) so each question had its own answer. We also made the site readable to AI assistants like ChatGPT.

03 · the result

What happened

Average position moved from 40 to 9.5, which means page one. The ten new guides earned 649 clicks in their first eight weeks. Phone taps and form submissions went from 12 in August to 47 in September. October is running at a pace of about 1,050 clicks.

Why it matters to you. The practice no longer depends on one page. Visibility is spread across 13 pages that each earn 10 or more clicks a quarter, up from 2. If one page slips, the phone keeps ringing.
