Evaluation $140 cash, or billed to your plan

Knee pain, meniscus tears and ACL injuries, with or without surgery.

Shoulder pain

Most plans 8 to 12 visits

Rotator cuff strains, impingement and frozen shoulder.

Lower back pain

Cash rate $95 per visit

New or recurring lower back pain and sciatica, treated with movement.

Post-surgical rehab

First visit within 48 hours of your call

Rehab after knee, hip, shoulder and spine surgery, to your surgeon's protocol.

Sports injuries

Evaluated within 48 hours

Ankle sprains, hamstring strains, running injuries and return-to-sport testing.
