From first call to done
Movement and strength evaluation
About 45 minutes with a physical therapist who tests how you move, where it hurts and what is weak.
A written plan with a timeline
You leave with the number of visits we expect, a realistic timeline and what each week is working toward.
First treatment the same visit
We start hands-on care and your first home exercises before you leave, so day one counts.
Where does it hurt?
Three questions match your problem to the right program. Each result tells you whether you can book directly.
This points you to a program page. It does not diagnose you; your evaluation does. For numbness in the groin area, loss of bladder or bowel control, or sudden weakness, go to an emergency room.

Before you book
Do I need a referral?
Not to be seen here. Washington allows direct access to physical therapy. Some insurance plans still ask for a referral before they pay, so we check your plan when you book and tell you if you need one.
What does a visit cost?
The cash rate is $95 per visit, the evaluation is $140, and a package of six visits is $510. With insurance, you pay your plan's copay or coinsurance, and we check it before your first visit.
How long is each visit?
The evaluation takes about 60 minutes including your first treatment. Follow-up visits take 45 to 50 minutes.
What should I wear?
Clothes you can move in. Shorts for knee and hip problems and a tank top or loose shirt for shoulders.
Ready when you are.
