Same-day sick visits

Fever, cough, sore throat, rashes and minor injuries, seen today.

We hold sick visit slots every weekday morning and on Saturdays from 8am to 11am. Call (555) 010-5130 before 11am and we can usually see you or your child the same day. Rapid strep, flu and COVID tests are done in the office while you wait.

A sick visit is billed to your insurance with your usual copay. Without insurance it is $125, plus $25 for each rapid test. For chest pain, trouble breathing or signs of a stroke, call 911.

Common questions

Should I come here or go to urgent care?

If it is during our hours, come here. Your doctor has your records and you pay your office copay, which is usually lower than an urgent care copay.

Can I get a work or school note?

Yes. We print or email it at the end of the visit.
