Before you book
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, of all ages. Send an appointment request and most new patients are seen within one to two weeks.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, most Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid and BadgerCare. Call us if your plan is not listed.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card, a photo ID and a list of your medications with doses. If you have records from another doctor, we can request them for you.
What happens after hours?
