From first call to done
Request a visit
Send your name, your pet's name and species, and a phone number. We call back within two business hours to book.
Send the records
Ask your old clinic to email vaccine records, or bring them. We fill in your pet's chart before you arrive.
A nose-to-tail exam
Your vet checks eyes, ears, teeth, heart, joints and weight, and tells you the cost of anything recommended before it is done.
What a wellness visit costs
Pick your pet, its age and any add-ons to see a typical range for the visit.
Estimate only. The puppy and kitten figure covers the whole first-year series of three to four visits. Bloodwork, dental care and medication are extra, and we give you a written estimate before anything is done.

Before you book
What do I do if my pet has an emergency after hours?
Call (555) 010-2200. A veterinary nurse answers, tells you whether it can wait until morning, and if it cannot, sends you to the 24-hour emergency hospital in Cutler Mesa with your records.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Send a visit request with your pet's name and species and we call back to book, usually within the week.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept CareCredit and Scratchpay, which let you split larger bills into monthly payments. We also bill Trupanion directly.
Can I get a prescription filled elsewhere?
Yes. We can send prescriptions to an online pharmacy or your local pharmacy, or you can fill them here.
