Maintenance plans run April through November on a fixed monthly price, billed over twelve months. Essential is $180 a month for mowing, edging and blowing. Full is $340 a month and adds bed weeding, shrub pruning and spring mulch. Estate is $720 a month for weekly visits plus seasonal color in beds and planters.
Prices are for yards up to about a quarter acre. Larger properties are quoted after a visit or a photo. The same crew comes each week, and you get a text when they arrive and when they leave.

Is there a contract?
Plans run for the season. You can cancel with 30 days notice, and we refund any months paid ahead.
Do you apply fertilizer and weed control?
Yes, as an add-on for $65 per application. Our applicators hold New Jersey pesticide applicator licenses.
