We design each system by zone, with rotors for lawn, spray heads for small areas and drip for beds, so every plant gets the water it needs. Every install includes a Rain Bird or Hunter smart controller that adjusts to the weather.
A typical quarter-acre system with five or six zones runs $4,200 to $6,000. We also open systems in April, close them in October with a compressed air blowout, and repair broken heads and lines.

Common questions
Will the install ruin my lawn?
We use a vibratory plow that pulls the pipe through the soil with a narrow slit, which closes within a few weeks.
Do I need a backflow preventer?
Yes. New Jersey requires one on every irrigation system, and it is included in the price. It needs a yearly test, which we can schedule.
