We start with a free visit to walk the yard and talk through how you use it. The design includes a measured plan, a planting list chosen for your sun and soil, and a priced build broken into phases, so you can do the patio this year and the planting next spring.
Design fees run $950 for a front or back yard and $1,800 for a full property. If you build with us within a year, the full design fee comes off the project. Full redesigns usually run $25,000 to $80,000 depending on size and materials.

Can I build the plan in stages?
Yes. Most clients do. The plan is priced by phase, and we build the parts that affect drainage and grading first.

We plant from a deer-resistant list for yards that see them, and add fencing around vegetable beds if needed.
