Each guide covers one neighborhood: the elementary and middle schools, parks, walking routes, commute times downtown and the median sale price over the last twelve months. Linden Heights, Fourth Ward, Riverside, Mill District and Cobb Hollow each have their own.

I live in Linden Heights and have sold homes on most streets in these five neighborhoods. School boundaries change, so confirm the assigned school with the district before you buy.
