Selling a home you have lived in for thirty years involves more than a listing. I coordinate cleanouts, estate sale companies, movers and repairs, and time the sale around your next home so you move once.

I also work with families selling a parent's home through an estate or a trust, alongside the estate attorney. Vacant homes are checked weekly until they close.

Common questions

Do I have to empty the house before listing?

No. We often stage around some of your furniture. The cleanout can happen before photos or after the sale.

Yes. I show you what an as-is sale and a lightly repaired sale are each likely to bring so you can decide.
