Sample site. Foundry Strength is an invented business, and every name, price and review here is invented too.
Why it is built this way ▾

The features a site in this trade needs. Each one is working somewhere on this sample:

  1. Class timetableThe first question is whether there is a class at a time that works, so the week is on the page with spaces left.
  2. Published membership pricesPrinted prices remove the sales-tour anxiety that stops people from walking in.
  3. Free week, no cardThe trial is the conversion. Name and mobile only, because asking for a card at this point loses people.
  4. Coach profilesPeople buy coaching from a person, so each coach lists their certifications and what they specialize in.
  5. Member resultsA specific result from a named member, with an age and a timeline, says more than a before-and-after collage.
  6. Membership finderThree questions point a nervous beginner to the right plan and its monthly price.

A small strength gym in Millhaven

Foundry opened in 2021 in an old machine shop on Smelter Street. We kept the concrete floor and put in six racks, four platforms and room for twelve people to train at once.

Every class is coached and every member follows a written program. Most of our members had never lifted before they joined, and our prices are printed on the site so nobody has to sit through a sales tour to find out what it costs.

The team

Who you will see

Dre Halloran

Head coach and owner

CSCS. Ten years coaching barbell strength, and he writes the program every class follows. Dre opened Foundry in 2021 after coaching at a university strength program.

Nina Castellanos

Coach, personal training

NASM-certified with a background in physical therapy support. Nina runs most of our injury comeback plans and the Saturday barbell clinic.

Tom Becker

Coach, early morning classes

USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach. Tom runs the 6am crew and handles every new member's first movement check.

Reviews

What people say

★★★★★

“Deadlifted 308 pounds at 51 having never touched a barbell before last March.”

Ruth K., member since 2025
★★★★★

“I booked the free week expecting a sales pitch at the end. Dre asked how my knees felt and showed me the price list.”

Sam W., Millhaven
★★★★★

“The 6am class is small enough that the coach fixes my squat every session. Two years in and still adding weight.”
