Move-in and move-out cleaning

An empty home cleaned to the standard landlords and buyers check against.

Move-out cleans follow the checklist most property managers use at the final walk-through: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside all appliances, baseboards, blinds, closets and floors.

The home needs to be empty and the power and water on. If your landlord flags anything we cleaned, send us the note within 72 hours and we will come back and fix it at no charge.

Common questions

Will this get my deposit back?

We clean to the standard checklist landlords use, and most customers get the cleaning portion back in full. Damage and repairs are outside what a clean can cover.

Can you clean the day the movers leave?

Yes, as long as the home is empty. Book the afternoon slot and we will start after the truck is gone.
