Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Every cleaner is on our payroll, covered by workers' compensation, background checked and trained by us.
What if I am unhappy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and the team comes back to redo the missed areas at no charge.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Recurring plans are pay per visit, and you can pause or cancel from your account with 48 hours notice.
How do I pay?
By card after each visit. We charge only once the clean is finished, and tipping is optional through the same receipt.
