Tidewater started with Lena and one other cleaner. Today we run eleven teams of two, every cleaner is our own employee, and each customer keeps the same team from visit to visit.
Every cleaner passes a national criminal background check and a reference check before their first job, and we carry $2 million in general liability insurance plus a bond covering your belongings. Prices are on the site because you should know what a clean costs before you let anyone through the door.
Who you will see
Lena Ortiz
Lena cleaned homes for eight years before starting Tidewater in 2019. She trains every new cleaner herself and still covers a route when someone is out.
Andre Collins
Andre builds the weekly schedule so each customer keeps the same team. He runs the background checks and the quality walk-throughs.
Mei Chen
Mei has led Team A since 2021. Her team handles most of our deep cleans and move-outs in Bayleigh and Crestwood.
