Sample site. Oakline Chiropractic is an invented business, and every name, price and review here is invented too.
Why it is built this way ▾

The features a site in this trade needs. Each one is working somewhere on this sample:

  1. Condition finderPeople search for sciatica or whiplash more than for a chiropractor, so each condition has its own page and the finder leads to it.
  2. Two-field bookingMost of this traffic is on a phone and in pain, so booking asks for a name and a mobile number and we call back to confirm.
  3. Insurance answered up frontBlue Cross, Aetna, Medicare and auto claims are listed as text, so a patient does not have to call to find out.
  4. Reviews next to the buttonTrust is decided at the moment of booking, so patient reviews sit beside the booking form.
  5. Meet the doctorPeople are about to let a stranger adjust their spine, and a face with a credential line does more than another paragraph.
  6. First visit price on every pageThe $89 exam with X-rays answers the cost question before it becomes a phone call.

Disc pain and herniation

Bulging and herniated discs treated with decompression and targeted exercise.

A bulging or herniated disc can cause deep back pain and pain into the leg. We use flexion-distraction, a gentle table-based technique that reduces pressure on the disc, along with core exercises matched to the direction your disc tolerates.

Disc cases usually need a longer plan, often 12 visits over six weeks. A six-week plan is $540 self-pay, and we bill insurance where your plan covers chiropractic care. We re-examine at week three and week six so you can see the progress in numbers.

What is included

  • Flexion-distraction on a dedicated table
  • Six-week disc plan: $540 self-pay
  • Re-exam at weeks three and six
  • Referral to a spine specialist when needed

Common questions

Will I need surgery?

Most disc herniations improve without surgery. If your exam shows progressive weakness or your pain is not improving, we refer you to a spine specialist.

I already have an MRI. Should I bring it?

Yes. Bring the report and the disc if you have it, and it may mean you do not need new X-rays.
