What does the first visit cost?

The new patient exam is $89 self-pay and includes X-rays if you need them. With insurance, it is billed to your plan and you pay your usual copay.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly. Some HMO plans ask for one, and Gabe will check that when he verifies your benefits.

How long is the first visit?

Plan on 45 minutes. You can fill in the intake form on your phone beforehand to shorten it.
