We strip the roof to the deck, replace any soft or rotted plywood, and install ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, and new flashing at every wall and chimney. We install GAF and Owens Corning architectural shingles and standing seam metal.
The written estimate lists the square footage, the material, the number of layers coming off and the price per sheet of any decking we replace, so there are no surprises on the final bill. A magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway is part of every job.

How long does a replacement take?
Most homes are done in one or two days. Steep roofs, metal and large homes can take three to four, and we tell you that on the estimate.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to an outdoor outlet and the driveway. Keep cars out of the garage for the day and move anything fragile off the walls in the attic.
