Any single accessible drain is $149 flat: kitchen sink, tub, shower, toilet or floor drain. The price covers the snake, the labor and a test run with hot water afterwards.
If the same drain keeps backing up, we recommend a camera inspection so you see what is inside the pipe. Roots, grease and collapsed sections all look different on screen, and each has a different fix.
What is included
- $149 flat per accessible drain
- Main line clearing from $295
- Camera inspection $295, or $150 when booked with clearing
- 30-day guarantee on the cleared line
Common questions
Should I use chemical drain cleaner first?
We ask that you do not. It rarely clears a full clog, it can damage older pipes, and it is dangerous for the plumber who opens the line afterwards.
What if it clogs again next week?
If the same drain clogs within 30 days, we come back and clear it at no charge.
