Inspection and written findings
A licensed technician walks the inside and outside of the house in about 45 minutes, then shows you what they found and what it costs, in writing.
Treatment applied
Most products are dry within two hours. Children and pets stay out of treated rooms until then, and nobody has to leave the house for general pest work.
Follow-up visit included
We come back two to three weeks later to check the result at no charge. If anything is still active, we treat it again on that visit.

Is treatment safe for my kids and pets?
Yes, once the product is dry, which takes about two hours for most treatments. Keep children and pets out of treated areas until then. We leave the product names in writing.
How fast can you come out?
Most calls made before noon get a same-day inspection, Monday to Saturday. Call (555) 010-7744 and we will give you a time window.
What does the return-free guarantee cover?
If pests covered by your plan come back between scheduled visits, we come back and treat again at no charge, as often as it takes.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Plans are month to month after the first visit. The Termite plan includes a bond that renews yearly.
