Sample site. Harrow & Bright is an invented business, and every name, price and review here is invented too.
Why it is built this way ▾

The features a site in this trade needs. Each one is working somewhere on this sample:

  1. Case type selectorA divorce client and a crash victim want different pages, so the homepage routes each one to the practice area written for them.
  2. Case results with contextFigures carry the case type and year, with the disclaimer that past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
  3. Short consultation formPeople contact a lawyer at night and often will not phone first, so three fields capture the inquiry and an attorney calls back.
  4. Attorney profilesClients hire a person, so each attorney page shows the year admitted, certifications and the matters they handle.
  5. Fees in plain numbersContingency percentages, flat fees and hourly rates sit on each practice page, which filters out calls that were never going to fit.

Criminal defense

DUI, drug charges, assault and record expungement.

Criminal matters are billed as flat fees quoted in writing at the first meeting. A misdemeanor through a first court date starts at $2,500. A first-offense DUI, including the ARD program application where you qualify, is $4,500. Felony matters are quoted after we have read the charging documents.

If you or a family member has been arrested, call the office number at any hour and the answering service reaches an attorney. Say nothing about the facts to police until you have spoken with counsel. Outcomes depend on the evidence and the court, and we will not promise one.

What is included

  • Misdemeanors from $2,500 flat
  • First-offense DUI: $4,500 flat
  • ARD and diversion program applications
  • Record expungement from $950
  • After-hours line for arrests

Common questions

Will I lose my license after a DUI?

Possibly, depending on your test result and history. ARD can shorten or avoid a suspension for eligible first offenders.

Can you tell me if I will go to jail?

No attorney can promise that. After we see the charges and your record, we explain the realistic range and what affects it.
