Emergency calls use the same flat prices with a published multiplier: 1.3 times on weeknights, 1.4 times on Sundays and 1.6 times on holidays and overnight. We tell you the price on the phone before the technician leaves.

Common questions
Can you secure the door if you cannot fix it tonight?
Yes. We can lock the door closed and come back with the part the next morning at the daytime rate.
Do I pay a trip fee?
The trip is included in the job price. If you decline the repair, the diagnosis is $89.
