Why it is built this way ▾

The features a site in this trade needs. Each one is working somewhere on this sample:

  1. Fiduciary statementFee-only and fiduciary are the words prospects scan for, so they sit in the strip at the top of every page.
  2. Published fee schedulePeople who book an introduction have already seen the number, which makes the first call about planning.
  3. Fee calculatorThe schedule becomes a dollar figure for the visitor's own assets, with no returns projection anywhere on the page.
  4. Who this is forPre-retirees, business owners, physicians and heirs each get a page, so the right prospect sees their situation named.
  5. Advisor credentials up frontCFP certification and years in practice sit on the team cards and the about page.
  6. A short introduction formThree fields and a 20-minute call. Nobody hands over their savings from a web form.

How it works

From first call to done

1

A 20-minute introduction

A short call about what you are planning for. No documents needed and no obligation.

2

A discovery meeting

We look at your accounts, income, taxes and goals, and tell you plainly whether we are a good fit.

3

Your written plan

You receive a plan and a fee agreement to read at home. Nothing is moved until you sign.

Our fee

What our fee comes to in dollars

Pick the assets you would have us manage to see the annual fee on our published schedule.

Annual advisory fee

This calculator shows our fee only. It does not project investment returns. Fees are billed quarterly in arrears; your written advisory agreement sets the exact terms. Investing involves risk, including the loss of principal.

Denise F.
★★★★★

“After my father died they sat with my sister and me, laid out the deadlines, and told us nothing had to happen that month.”

Questions

Before you book

What does fee-only mean?

We are paid only by our clients, through the published advisory fee. We receive nothing from fund companies, insurers or anyone else.

Is there a minimum?

Most clients have $500K or more in investable assets. Physicians and dentists early in practice can start with a flat planning engagement.

Do I have to move my accounts?

For investment management, your accounts move to Charles Schwab in your own name. Planning-only clients keep their accounts where they are.

Can I leave if it is not working?

Yes, at any time with written notice. The fee is prorated to the day you leave and there are no exit charges from us.

Ready when you are.
